The user is responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential. Instructor and consultant accounts are subject to review and approval by the platform administration before their content is published.
A trainee gains access to a course or consultation's content after payment is completed successfully. Courses remain unpublished until approved by the administration.
Payments are made via the CliQ wallet or bank transfer (IBAN); the student attaches the payment receipt, which the administration approves before the service is activated. The platform retains a 20% commission on each sale, and the remainder is transferred to the service provider per the payout policy.
Refund requests are reviewed case by case per the approved refund policy, taking into account the proportion of content already viewed.
All educational materials are owned by their providers and protected by intellectual property rights. Redistribution or republishing without permission is prohibited.
The platform reserves the right to amend these terms at any time; changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page.
